Time management experience (1)

Time is your life. Therefore, it is essential to become a master of time. If you have not read the Principles of Action or written down your tasks, today is just a day, now is just a moment. If you are misdirected, it does not matter how fast you are progressing. Mastering time is choosing to live a conscious life and always knowing what you do and why you do it. Leo Tolstoy, the Russian novelist, wrote: “There is only one important moment – NOW! It is the most important moment because it is the moment when we have some power to influence and change it.” He also said: “The strongest warriors of all are Time and Patience.” You don’t want to be stuck in the same boring, mundane routine day in and day out, do you? That’s not living. That’s just existing.

Start organizing work

Each day, you will need to write down your priorities. Some people like to keep it simple and jot down three to five daily priorities on a simple list. The back of the list is for appointments and phone calls. Most computers now have built-in personal planners and organizers for people who prefer a more detailed, specific daily plan. It is not the structure of the plan that is important, but the fact that you have a list of priorities to guide you through the day. Each day then becomes important to you and brings you closer to achieving your goals.

Review your to-do lists every year. Seeing your progress toward your goals will give you a great sense of motivation. Plus, this analysis will serve as a reference when you take on more senior roles such as mentoring or coaching.

A boring life is your fault

If you are living a boring life, it is your own fault. To live a meaningful life, you must accept the benefits and risks of change. Sometimes you will have to leave your comfort zone. Life does not stand still, but it is waiting for you.

Some people still waste hours.

Some people waste their entire lives. If it is time to be happy, be happy and forget about all your investments in it. Give it your all. If it is time to be quiet, be quiet. Live your life with purpose and your goals and plans will give you those goals. When you choose a purposeful lifestyle, you will make the most of your time. You cannot choose what happens to you but you can always choose how you react to what happens to you.

At first, planning and goal setting may seem like a lot of work. It is. This is not a step to rush or skip. Start writing down your daily goals today and within 21 days, you will begin to create a very important positive habit. In 3 short weeks, planning and goal setting will become second nature to you. You will consider your options, choose, and you will be more decisive and more confident. With confidence, you will even become a better decision maker. You will also become more adept at separating the urgent and important from the interesting but irrelevant. Most people do not set daily goals. Of course, not everyone writes immortal works, makes millions in real estate, gets elected mayor, starts successful businesses, retires early, or raises well-behaved, self-sufficient children. You can make progress every day to create your own success. Start today. To master your time, you need a specific action plan for each day.
