1. Identify the problems that need to be solved
Take some time to identify specific situations, then prioritize them. Don\u2019t rush into a decision, but consider carefully whether the problem is really important to solve. Is it necessary to break the problem down into smaller parts to make it easier to solve? Consider where you are today and where you want to go?
2. Quickly grasp new prospects
Take a step back and look at things from a fresh perspective. Every decision you make should be directed toward the future, and the past should be a reference, not a guide. 9. Implementation
