    Regarding the issue of businesses using the “G-Office” service (virtual office). Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 35, Law on Enterprises 2005 and its implementing documents, there is no regulation on the area of the enterprise's head office. Therefore, the use of "G-Office" service by enterprises (virtual office) is not contrary to current legal regulations.

The Enterprise Law does not stipulate that the business address must also be the workplace and the workplace must have a minimum area of square meters.
