Creative subconscious
Intelligence is the greatest waste of all. We have heard of it. We usually associate it with misguided or misguided youth who waste their potential. But perhaps such a great and sad waste comes from ignorance of the power of the subconscious mind. Here is what scientists have to say about subconscious mind:
- Subconscious thinking in images and symbols
- The subconscious never sleeps
- The subconscious mind records everything it hears or sees.
- The subconscious mind can be entrusted with tasks
In the Quantitative Organization, harnessing the power of subconscious intelligence is at the heart of our new leadership approach. It is our new source of potential. It is also where we attract new creative ideas that will lead the company to real value. Next, we will explore how this great asset we call subconscious intelligence is harnessed.
Images and symbols
It is well known that the subconscious mind works in images and symbols. You know this from your own experience. When was the last time you imagined in writing? So it is possible to give reasons why images and symbols are the most effective way to communicate with the subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind works in a similar way to a computer. The requests and tasks given to the computer must be given in a format that the computer can understand. The tasks are processed until a solution is reached. Like a computer, the subconscious mind does not sleep, nor does it change its task until the problem is solved.
There are two main ways to empower your subconscious mind: Provide your subconscious mind with tasks that work in the form of rich visual images and descriptions; and Recognize when your subconscious mind will give you the answers you need. To power your subconscious mind, we can do the following:
- Create one-page documents that use images, symbols, and descriptive text to pose questions and solve problems.
- Review descriptive questions on a regular basis at least once a day
- Set aside time to consider and allow your subconscious mind to work on the problem.
- Leave it until tomorrow
- A sudden flash of insight, a sudden intuitive perception, or a deep understanding of the essential meaning of something.
- Write down what you've learned, what your subconscious is telling you, and get to work on your action plans.
- Use this process repeatedly
This process will solve any problem or new product idea, or problem as you manage to develop and repair personal relationships. This super personal computer is the most valuable asset you have in your hands, it is the key to unlocking your future creative power.
One last and very important idea is to increase your knowledge. It is like feeding your computer what it needs: data. In other words, read! Read all the books, magazines, and publications by the best authors. Never let a day go by without feeding your subconscious mind with new knowledge.
